280 Bond Street

After the failure of another contractor to complete the work on-site, Standard Concrete was asked to step in on short notice to install the remaining foundation elements. The 280 Bond Street project involves in the installation of 55’ driven timber piles to support a 8,500 SF structure. Additionally, 15 drilled SOE pipes were installed at the perimeter of the job site.

Scope of work:

• 30’ Drilled 9-5/8” SOE pipes.
• Driven timber piles with 8” tip to maximum depth of 55’ each.
